関の家：SNACK [SEKINOYA]

今日も一人で、いつもの行きつけの店『関の家」へ赴く。

大体、注文するメニューは毎回決まっているのだが、今回は一品毎に携帯の写メで撮影する事にした。

まず一品目：鳥皮串の塩焼き

いつも注文する品の中で、一番時間のかかる物から注文する。

Pictures of a menu to order always were decided to take it with a picture-taking camera of the cellular phone in every one piece this time though it was decided.
First, one item : the fish grilled with salt of the bird skin spit
Order it from the thing which takes time in goods to order always most.

二品目は、フランクフルトである。

「関の家」独自のたれで味付けされたフランクフルトは格別である。

これも店に顔を出せば、必ず注文するつまみである。写真では分かりづらいかもしれないが、フランクフルトの下には、千切りにしたキャベツが敷かれているのである。
たれの染み込んだキャベツも旨い。

It is Frankfurt an Main two items.
「SEKINOYA」 Individual Frankfurt an Main where it hangs down and seasoning is done is especially good.
This is a knob to order if a face is provided to the store surely, too.
Though it may be hard to be understood in the photograph, the bottom of Frankfurt an Main is being paved with the cabbage made to tear it away.
The cabbage which juice soaked into is delicious, too.

この店は以前、詩集「星のかけら」の著者、志賀アヤノさんをmixiで紹介したと思うが、その志賀さんが経営している店である。

This store is the store which that Ms. Ayano Shiga manages though it thinks that the writer of the collection of poems "the fragment of the star", Ms. Ayano Shiga were introduced with mixi before.
